Some little misc things for this build:
- You can delete plant parts by right clicking and snipping off the section you don't want
- Tooltip improvements (mostly under the hood)
- Water patches are finite
- Changed flower graphic
- Cost model has changed, things get more expensive as you build out
- You now see a preview of the plant part you're about to build
