1.3.0 - FuncSynth now has Undo/Redo
Hi there… It’s been a while. Here’s a new FuncSynth update!
Undo and Redo
You can now undo and redo pretty much any action in the app! You can hit CTRL Z
to undo and then either CTRL SHIFT Z
or CTRL Y
to redo. I use some applications that use CTRL Y
as the redo key bind and others use CTRL SHIFT Z
, so I figured– why not both!
Note: any time I say CTRL
I mean CTRL
OR CMD
. On macOS, FuncSynth treats CMD and CTRL as they were the same input.
That’s… really all there is to say about this release.
What’s next?
The next two releases will focus on settings/configuration and introduce the concept of sub-graphs. I’m not sure what order I’ll be doing those two things in.
I think subgraphs are going to be a huge game changer once they’re in. But I’m thinking very hard about how the UX will work. I want to make sure I get it “right” the first time because I want the first subgraphs people make to be forwards-compatible with all future versions of FuncSynth.
Thanks for reading, and enjoy!
